What is the schedule of Sabbath, Daily and Festival Services?
Sabbath services are held year-round on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. Daily minyans are held on Sunday and legal holidays at 8:15 a.m., Monday through Friday at 7:30 a.m., evenings Sunday through Thursday at 6:00 p.m., and Saturday at candle-lighting time. Rabbi Bisman and/or Cantor Savitz are available to assist members in moments of personal crisis. Contact one of them as soon as possible so they will know the crisis you are facing and be able to arrange an appointment in the office, a visit to your home, or to the hospital. A Board of Directors is elected by the members at the annual meeting. The board meets monthly and is open to members. Special and standing committees report to the board. What Programs are Available for Post Bar/Bat Mitzvah Students?
There is a 8th grade program for Post Bar/Bat Mitzvah Students. High School students are also encouraged to attend the Phoenix High School of Jewish Studies sponsored by the Bureau of Jewish Education.
