Service Schedule Changes for Friday, January 30, and Saturday, January 31

There are a number of changes to the Shabbat schedule again this week, necessitated by the severe weather last Friday:

• The KRS 4th-5th grade service and community meal that was cancelled last week on Friday, January 23, has been rescheduled for Friday of this week, January 30.
  • • Service will being at 5:30pm, earlier than the usual 6pm for Kabbalat Shabbat services.
    • If you were signed up for the 4th’5th grade meal last Friday, you are automatically signed up for the meal this Friday. If you weren’t signed up, but would like to attend this week, sign up for the meal here.
    • If you were signed up for the meal last Friday, but can’t or don’t want to go to the meal this Friday, please contact the office (office@wsthz.org or 708-366-9000).
• The Friday Night is a Delight community Shabbat meal that was scheduled for this Friday, January 30, has been moved back to its original date, Friday, February 6.
  • • To sign up for the Friday Night is a Delight meal on February 6, go here.
• The Musical Kabbalat Shabbat service that was scheduled for this Friday, January 30, has been moved to Saturday, January 31. 
• The “meet the new board” opportunity that was scheduled for this week’s Friday Night is a Delight meal has also been moved; it will be during kiddush on Saturday, January 31.
