Annual Refugee Shabbat

Temple Har Zion Annual Refugee Shabbat on March 1, 2025,

Join us at services on March 1 for our annual Refugee Shabbat honoring the Jewish traditions of concern for and aid to those without a home. The Social Action committee welcomes Celine Woznica, winner of the 2019 Cultural Unity Award from Teaching English to Advance Change (TEACH). Celine is a member of the leadership team of the Oak Park Migrant Ministry, an interfaith effort sponsored by the Catholic community of Oak Park to meet the short- and long-term needs of displaced persons.

We will also have the opportunity to enjoy Musical Shabbat with the Har Zion Davening Team!
