Sisterhood Book Club: Jodi Picoult’s By Any Other Name
The next Sisterhood Book Club discussion is at Har Zion on Thursday night, March 27, at 7:00 pm at the Temple. We will be discussing Jodi Picoult’s latest novel, By Any Other Name. It is a cleverly written, historical fiction story based on the theory that other writers, including women, may have written many of the plays credited to William Shakespeare.
All are welcome and no registration is required.
And the Sisterhood’s next read will be the fascinating autobiography, Maybe You Should Talk to Someone. In it, the author, Lori Gottlieb, herself a trained therapist, shares her own therapy journey and the journey of several of her patients. It’s one of those books that will have you laughing and crying. The discussion is scheduled for Thursday May 22, at 7:00 pm. Let Barb Yong know if you’d like to host this discussion in your home.
