Temple Park, Picnic, and Play Day!
Everyone is invited to get together in Priory Park on Sunday afternoon, July 12, to be together, play together, and eat and schmooze!
Come to the Har Zion community picnic supper on Sunday afternoon, July 12, at 4pm, Priory Park in River Forest. This is a “Bring Your Own—dairy or vegetarian—meal” picnic, but we will provide dessert and drink—popsicles, fruit, and lemonade. Bring your favorite foods to eat, and also please bring games, sporting equipment, and other things to play with.
Note: Priory Park is a “Carry In, Carry Out” location. We will provide garbage bags for you to use to clean up the space when we are getting ready to leave.
You need to bring:
- A dairy or vegetarian picnic meal with everthing you need to eat it, including utensils.
- Something to picnic on — a blanket, chairs…?
- Games, sports equipment, or other things for play.
We will provide:
- Dessert and drink—popsicles, fruit, and lemonade.
- Garbage bags for everyone to use to clean up before they leave. (We need to leave the park as we found it.)
There is no charge, but please register so we know how many to plan for.
