Temple Schedule Changes for Shavuot

Har Zion observes Erev Shavuot with a joint program with Oak Park Temple. Click here for the program for Erev Shavuot for 5785/2025.

Temple Har Zion also observes the 1st and 2nd day of Shavuot at Har Zion with the following:

• 10am in person and streaming holiday services on the 1st and 2nd day of Shavuot; on the 2nd day, the service includes Yizkor. 
• Note: The Shavuot morning services replace Morning Minyan.
• The temple office and building is closed, except for the services.

These services are in person and streamed on YouTube, Facebook, and Zoom, and use same the Zoom ID and siddur as the Shabbat morning services.

There is also an in-person only Shavuot service on the first day of Shavuot for children 7 and under (accompanied by an adult) lead by Ms. Claudine. Registration is required for the children’s service.
