Simchat Torah, Service of Resilience
Simchat Torah marks the end of the annual Torah scroll reading and the beginning of the new cycle for the coming year. It is celebrated with musicians, singing, dancing, and merry processions of people carrying Torahs and children waving flags. Even little children can join in; we have plush Torah toys for them.
This celebration is on the evening of Simchat Torah, Tuesday, October 14, 2025 | Tishrei 22 5786, and the morning minyan will be replaced by a festival service on October 15.
