- Saturday, August 2, 7pm. Tisha AB'Av Movie, Ma'ariv, and Reading the Book of Lamentations
- Sunday, August 3, 9:30am. Tisha B'Av observance during Morning Minyan.
Tu B'Av, Saturday, August 9, through Sunday, August 10 • 15-16 Av:
- Saturday, August 9, -12:30pm. Kiddush Lunch & Learn: "There's a Jewish Valentines Day?", with Education Director David Schwartz
- Sunday, August 10, 3-4pm. Tu B'Av is Love Concert, with Cantor Figa singing Jewish love songs, beverages, and chocolate hearts.
Erev Shabbat, Friday, August 22 • 29 Avl:
- Shabbat on the Lawn for Preschoolers with Ms Claudine, 5pm. (registration includes registration to the Back-to-Shul BBQ meal)
- Back-to-Shul BBQ, 5:30pm. (registration)
- Musical Kabbalat Shabbat, 6:30-7:30pm. (no registration)
Minyan & Kiddush in the Western Suburbs, Sunday, August 31 • 7 Elul, at 10:30am. At the home of a Western Suburban member; come for Minyan, Kddush, and the Shofar. (registration)
Shofar Walk in the Park, Sunday, September 7 • 14 Elul, 11am. (no registration)
- Shofar in the Park for Young People! New this year, in addition to the Shofar and ice cream, Ms. Claudine is planning special activities in Austin Gardens for our youngest, ages 1-7. Bring your family and have fun with us!
High Holy Days Workshop with Rabbi Glick and Cantor Figa, Sunday, September 7 • 14 Elul, 9:30am. NEEDS INFORMATION!
Leil Selichot Dessert, Havdalah, and Musical Service, Saturday September 13 • 20 Elul,
