Dessert and screening of a 1923 silent film with bilingual captions—Yiddish and English—starring Molly Picon, accompanied, as it should be, with live, improvised piano music by pianist and composer Dr. Larry Schanker! (registration)

Music Week at Har Zion

- Sunday, August 23, 4pm • 10 Elul – Short concert of Baroque Music on harpsichord and bassoon, with Har Zion member Leah Miller on harpsichord, and Reuben Karp and Charles Shapera on bassoon.
Har Zion Back to Shul BBQ, Erev Shabbat, Friday, August 28 • 15 Elul, outdoors weather permitting.
